ANALISIS KINERJA PETUGAS PROGRAM GIZI DI PUSKESMAS PADANG BULAN MEDAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Kinerja merupakan gambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, visi, misi organisasi yang dituangkan melalui perencanaan strategis suatu organisasi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja petugas program gizi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan mulai juli 2018 sampai dengan januari 2019. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja informan pada program gizi baik kegiatan didalam gedung maupun diluar gedung sudah cukup baik, informan juga mempunyai kemampuan cukup baik dalam melaksanakan tugas ataupun kegiatan-kegiatan sehari-hari baik dalam pembuatan laporan dan juga pelaksanaan kegiatan, informan mempunyai motivasi yang tunggi dan kinerjanya cukup baik. Yang menjadi masalah dalam kinerja petugas adalah kurangnya dukungan dari pimpinan Puskesmas dalam pelaksanaan program gizi di Puskesmas.

Disarankan kepada kepala Puskesmas agar memberikan perhatian terhadap program gizi, baik dalam pelaksanaan dan juga dalam perencaan yang sudah di susun oleh petugas program.

ABSTRACT

Performance is an illustration of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of nutrition program officers at Padang Bulan Health Center Medan. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The study was conducted from July 2018 to January 2019. The informants in this study were 3 people.

The results showed that the performance of informants in the nutrition program both inside and outside the building was good enough, the informants also had sufficient ability to carry out tasks or daily activities both in making reports and also carrying out activities, informants had high motivation and its performance is quite good. The problem in the performance of officers was the lack of support from the head of the Health Center in implementing the nutrition program at the Health Center.

It is suggested to the head of the Health Center to pay attention to the nutrition program, both in the implementation and also in the planning that had been arranged by program officers.
