This study aims to 1) analyze the leading commodities in the agricultural sector of South Solok Regency, 2) analyze the competitiveness of the main commodities of South Solok Regency, 3) analyze the specialization and localization of the main commodities of South Solok Regency. The study uses Location Quetient analysis, Localization Quotient, Specialization Quotation, Shift Share Analysis, and Dynamic Location Quetions. The results of the analysis show that 1) there are 18 superior commodities which are the basic of 28 agricultural sector commodities, 2) competitiveness in the district and province show equally prominent results, 3) agricultural sector commodities in South Solok Regency in each sub-district the reisno specialization and concentration. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between power motivation, affiliation motivation and achievement motivation to the success rate of highland horticultural farmers in Magetan Regency. The two hypotheses tested were (1) power motivation, affiliation motivation and achievement motivation simultaneously affect the success of upland horticultural farmers in Magetan District, Magetan Regency, and (2) achievement motivation is the most influential motivation on the success of upland horticultural farmers in Magetan District, Magetan Regency. Fifty respondents were randomly selected from 252 horticultural farmers in Magetan District. Data validity was tested with the Pearson Product Moment approach, and data reliability was tested with the Reliability Analysis Scale (alpha) approach. Hypothesis 1 is tested through the F-test of regression coefficients at p &lt; 0.05. Hypothesis 2 was tested through t-test of partial regression coefficients at p &lt; 0.05. The results showed that power motivation, affiliation motivation and achievement motivation simultaneously affect the success of highland horticultural farmers in Magetan District, Magetan Regency. Affiliated motivation is the most important motivation that affects the success of upland horticultural farmers in Magetan District, Magetan Regency. Power motivation, affiliation motivation and motivation contributed 70.3% to the variation in the success of horticultural farmers. Kondisi tersebut mendorong beberapa petani porang di Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk mendirikan komunitas yang diberi nama Komunitas Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo (SPPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengkaji kemandirian Komunitas Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo dalam pemasaran porang dan 2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kemandirian Komunitas Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo dalam pemasaran porang. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, khususnya melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive location pada Komunitas Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling dan terpilih 33 warga masyarakat sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kapasitas sumber daya manusia (0,003) dan variabel bentuk kemitraan (0,014) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemandirian Masyarakat Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo dalam pemasaran porang dengan membandingkan nilai sig dengan 5% (0,05) tingkat signifikansi. </span></span></em> <em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan tokoh masyarakat dan variabel dukungan pemerintah secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemandirian Masyarakat Sahabat Petani Porang Sukoharjo dalam pemasaran porang.</span></span></em></p> 2024-04-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024
