Abstrak

Human resource management (HRM) is one of the most important resources in a company, and in Human Resource Management it is also a way to get people to fill the organization. This study aims to: 1. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. 2. The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. 3. The effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. 4. The effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. 5. The influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative, namely analyzing data in the form of numbers and then discussing it through the calculation of the score or average value of each variable, then continued with statistical analysis carried out to prove the influence between variables with a sample of 73 people. .The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the company Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at the company Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the company Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the company Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Borwita Citra Prima Makassar company.
