Abstract

The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline through Job Satisfaction on Performance Employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara Makassar. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on performance at PT Infomedia Nusantara Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using nonprobability technique. The population is all OBC agents (employees) at PT Infomedia Nusantara Makassar totaling 80 people, while samples taken are 80 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tasted for validity and reliability, have also been tested for normality. Methods of data analysis using sobel test and path analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses had a positive and significant effect, motivation had a positive and significant effect,
