This research aims to find out the phenomenon of the presence or absence of the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management behavior in women’s cooperative of ujung parappa maros. It can be seen from the fact that almost all members of the management do not get knowledge about finance with an educational background as 95% of them do not have a formal education or theoretical understanding and have not had a controlled financial behavior. Moreover, most of them do not finish elementary school. This research was contucted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique was performed using questionnaire given to 48 female respondents. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with simultaneous test, and partial test and determination coefficient test with the help of SPSS v.23. The results of the study shows that financial literacy has no effect on financial management behavior; financial attitude has an effect on financial management behavior, and financial literacy and financial attitude simultaneously have an effect on financial management behavior. This is because the respondents do not have enough knowledge and understanding as well as respond optimally and theoretically. Their financial knowledge is still not good for financial management. However, with the experience and training that is occasionally provided by Maros Cooperatives and MSMEs office even though it is not optimal, the members of women’s cooperative of ujung parappa maros are able to make financial decisions with financial planning based on this experience in combination with financial knowledge in a forecasted forecast in general.
