Judging from the Area and Scope of Work above, it can be explained that there are 4 (four) work areas covering Pattalasang Village, Battara Village, Taraweang Village, Mangilu Village with 6 (six) core work items, namely Civil Works weighing 48.5%, Railroad Works weighing 17.5 %, Box Culvert Jobs are 13.4%, Bridge Works are 9.8%, Money Orders are 1.1%, FASOP Jobs are 7.5%. in the picture above can provide an overview to consider and contain various elements of uncertainty in a project in order to focus on project completion time and scheduling more thoroughly. Based on the above phenomenon, it is necessary to conduct a financial analysis on the Makassar – Parepare Public Railway Infrastructure Development project. This study aims to determine the performance, cost, time, cash flow by analyzing the financial performance of the Makassar - Parepare Public Railway Infrastructure Development project with a case study on the Tonasa Direction F Segment in Pangkep Regency through the Earned Value Method and Liability Ratio. The results of the study indicate that project performance is influenced predominantly by external factors.
