The Influence of Personality and Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Its Impact on the Performance of Family Hope Facilitators in North Toraja Regency

One of the keys to organizational success is the extent to which individuals in the organization are able to contribute positively to achieve the organizational goals. Organizational goals will be achieved if everyone gives their best performance even exceeding formal performance standards. Organizational citizenship behavior is an important factor that can improve employee performance and organizational performance. The organization will get many benefits if every member in it has a high level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to identify the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, namely personality and leadership and their impact on performance. The population in this study is the Family Hope Program Facilitator (Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan) in North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with total sampling, namely all 40 populations were used as samples. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that personality has a direct and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, leadership has a direct and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, personality has a direct and significant effect on performance, leadership has a direct and significant effect on performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a direct and significant effect on performance, personality has an indirect and significant effect on the performance of the Facilitator through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and leadership has an indirect and significant effect on the performance of the Facilitator of the Hope Family of North Toraja Regency through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
