AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of TQM Dimension Implementation on Operational Performance through Managerial Performance at PT. Japan Gas Corporation Indonesia both directly and indirectly (mediation effect). This research is a quantitative study that uses data from the results of distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents whose data was processed using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that every indicator that reflects the TQM indicator, companies should maintain the application of TQM practices as much as possible so that companies can survive in the midst of global market competition.
