This research is a quantitative study that uses data from the results of distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents whose data was processed using IBM SPSS software. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach, the population in this study ise-commerce consumers of women's fashion products in Makassar City amounted to 258 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 100 with the sampling technique using the slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the data collection technique was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study are companies registered as manufacturing companies in the PEFINDO25 index which have gone through a delisting process carried out by researchers. This research was conducted by taking information on the company's financial data that has been published by the company or the Indonesian stock exchange on the website with quantitative methods. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method where the companies that were sampled had to meet complete data requirements from 2016-2020. In analyzing the data of this study using the SPSS version 25 application. Thirteen commercial banks were selected as samples for the period of 2015-2021. Primary data was collected through questionnaires to assess customer satisfaction with digital banking services, while secondary data was obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority annual reports. Path analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that digital banking services significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction in Indonesia's Bank Groups (based on Core Capital 3 and 4) from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, digital banking services have a positive and significant impact on banking performance during the same period. Moreover, customer satisfaction significantly affects banking performance in Indonesia's Bank Groups (based on Core Capital 3 and 4) from 2015 to 2021. Organizational goals will be achieved if everyone gives their best performance even exceeding formal performance standards. Organizational citizenship behavior is an important factor that can improve employee performance and organizational performance. The organization will get many benefits if every member in it has a high level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to identify the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, namely personality and leadership and their impact on performance. The population in this study is the Family Hope Program Facilitator (</em><em>Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan</em><em>) in North Toraja Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with total sampling, namely all 40 populations were used as samples. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed, utilizing tools such as IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and AHP. The SWOT analysis revealed that the Amsterdam Institute should adopt a progressive strategy by leveraging its internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities, thus propelling business growth. Based on the SWOT-AHP analysis, a prioritized list of strategies was recommended for the Amsterdam Institute. These strategies include attracting parents and students by employing competent teachers and staff (HR), utilizing technology-based learning methods to target the market, expanding learning programs and class types for government agencies and universities, forging collaborations with institutions and schools to extend promotional reach, offering face-to-face teaching and learning programs, ensuring quality teaching and facilities at affordable costs, and implementing intensive and consistent marketing campaigns using successful alumni testimonials. To assess the competitiveness of the Amsterdam Institute against other tutoring institutions in Makassar City, a difference test was conducted. The results indicated no significant difference in competitiveness strategy between the Amsterdam Institute and its counterparts. Research Objects Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 787 companies which are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique using specific criteria. In this study, 45 companies meet the criteria. Data analysis used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility cannot prevent companies from experiencing Financial Distress. Additionally, the study analyzed the role of job satisfaction as a mediator between these factors and performance in the BKD South Sulawesi Province. Using a quantitative research design, the study assessed the mediating variable's impact on the independent variable's influence on the dependent variable. The research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Personnel Agency, with a total population of 129 employees. Employing the Slovin formula, a sample size of 98 respondents was obtained. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and path analysis was applied for data analysis. The findings indicated that remuneration, work motivation, and work discipline positively and significantly affected employee job satisfaction. Moreover, the analysis revealed that remuneration, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
