Analysis Of Ability And Willingness To Pay Jkn Contributions For PBPU Participants Of Central Market Traders In Bone Regency

Abstract
Background: Non-Wage Recipient Participants (PBPU) are one of the participants of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) who must pay monthly contributions with a certain amount according to the desired class of care. Currently, the number of Non-Wage Recipient Participants of BPJS Kesehatan Bone Regency who have arrears is 41,860 people or around 90.6% of participants in arrears in the past year. Ability to pay and Willingness to pay are two factors that play a role in the utilization of medical services which will then affect equity. Objective: To analyze the ability and willingness to pay National Health Insurance Contributions for PBPU Participants in the Informal Sector of Central Market Traders in Bone Regency. Method: Quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The number of samples is 100 market traders who are non-wage participants. Results: The ability to pay of ATP 1 respondents in the poor category is 69% with an average of Rp. 699,825, for ATP 2 non-food is in the category of unable, namely 73% with an average ATP of Rp. 31,105 and for ATP 2 non-essential is in the category of unable, namely 66% with an average ATP of Rp. 17,275. While the willingness to pay the contribution of respondents is in the category of willing, namely 77% or as many as 77 respondents. Respondents' knowledge about JKN is in the good category, namely 57% or 57 respondents. Conclusion: Based on the relationship between ATP and WTP, it shows that the largest category is unable to pay JKN contributions but has a high willingness to pay. Thus, it is hoped that the community can reduce or stop non-essential spending in the form of cigarettes, snacks and parties so that the ability to pay for JKN contributions is greater.
