Jurnal Legislatif is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an academic platform for cross-border legal research in a wide range of governance policies and civil rights law. But not limited to various fields such as civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, air and space law, customary institution law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism government, and other sections related to contemporary issues in the field of law.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Legislative Journal. Please read the information about the peer-review process. Articles published in Legislative Journals go through a double-blind peer-review process. Thus, the decision whether or not to accept the scientific article is the right of the Editor based on the recommendation of the peer reviewer.
