Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Hasanuddin (JPMH) focuses on publishing community service activities aimed at solving various social, economic, cultural, educational, health, and environmental issues. The journal provides a platform for academics, practitioners, and stakeholders to share innovations, experiences, and approaches in sustainable community empowerment, with the goal of improving the welfare and quality of life of the community.

Scope

JPMH welcomes articles covering a wide range of community service activities from various disciplines, including but not limited to the following topics:

  1. Social and Economic Empowerment. Community service activities that focus on capacity building for individuals or groups aimed at improving the economy, alleviating poverty, and managing local resources.
  2. Public Health. Programs and health interventions related to disease prevention, improving access to healthcare services, and promoting healthy lifestyles within communities.
  3. Education and Literacy for the Community. Efforts to enhance access to and the quality of education, strengthen literacy, and develop non-formal education programs for the general public.
  4. Appropriate Technology. The application and development of simple technologies that can be utilized by communities to improve living conditions, business efficiency, and solve everyday problems.
  5. Environmental Conservation and Sustainable Development. Community-based environmental conservation programs, natural resource management, and sustainability efforts to maintain ecological balance and support sustainable development.
  6. Community-Based Tourism Development. Community service activities related to the management and promotion of community-based tourism by leveraging local potential, including cultural and eco-tourism development.
  7. Local Wisdom and Cultural Development. Activities aimed at preserving, developing, and applying local wisdom and traditional culture in the daily lives of communities.
