Organizational culture is a point in an organization or institution that guides behavior towards members. Organizational culture is always associated with norms, values, attitudes, rules, and ethics in every performance of the Daily management to realize the Vision and Mission of each institution or organization (</em><em>Munandar</em><em>&nbsp;et al. 2020). Therefore, this study aims to&nbsp;</em><em>determine</em><em>&nbsp;how much&nbsp;</em><em>the influence of</em><em>&nbsp;organizational culture on&nbsp;</em><em>the performance of</em><em>&nbsp;the daily management of the&nbsp;</em><em>Hasanuddin</em><em>&nbsp;University Student Activity Unit and Scientific Reasoning. The hypothesis in this study is that organizational culture simultaneously affects&nbsp;</em><em>the performance of</em><em>&nbsp;the Daily Management of&nbsp;</em><em>UKM</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>KPI</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Unhas</em><em>. Based on the results of the research through data processing using SPSS, it was found that there was a significant influence which was positively correlated between organizational culture and daily management performance. 45.2% of the daily management performance of&nbsp;</em><em>UKM</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>KPI</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Unhas</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>is influenced</em><em>&nbsp;by organizational culture.</em></p> ER -
