The purpose of this study was to find out the measurement value of oceanographic parameters on the capture of boat charts in matene waters, and to find out the relationship of oceanographic parameters to the catch of the boat chart in matene waters. The research method used is observation and interview method. This study produced data on the number and types of fish caught that vary between ships because it is influenced by the differences in oceanographic parameters of each vessel's fishing area The measurement value of the parameters on the ship 9 is, water temperature of 30.1°C, salinity of 35 %o, current speed of 0.0574, current direction of 225°, sea brightness of 10.4 m and into the water of 14.8 m. The relationship of oceanographic parameters to the catch is the temperature that fish can tolerate at an optimum temperature of about 29°C-35°C, , the most captured salinity is at 35 %o salinity, the highest catch at current speed of 0.0068 m/s, the highest catch at 9 m brightness, and the highest catch at a depth of 11 m.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords : </em></strong><em>Oceanographic parameters, Boat chart.</em></p> Siti Khadijah Srioktoviana Copyright (c) 2021 Jurnal ABDI (Sosial, Budaya dan Sains) https://journal.unhas.ac.id/index.php/kpiunhas/article/view/14105 Fri, 24 Dec 2021 00:00:00 +0000 DEVELOPMENT OF NANOSILICA SUPPORTED CHROMIUM SUPPLEMENT FROM WULUNG BAMBOO LEAVES (GIGANTOCHLOA ATROVIOLACEA) FOR TYPE-2 DIABETES MELLITUS https://journal.unhas.ac.id/index.php/kpiunhas/article/view/14859 <p>These research aims to study the potential of chromium(III) complex compounds as active compounds in treating type-2 diabetes mellitus, study of the potential of biomass nanosilica as a drug carrier agent for chromium(III)-based supplement preparations, and formulate the development of a hypoglycemic anti-diabetes mellitus type-2 supplement formula. Based on a Cr<sup>3+-</sup>amino acid complex supported by nanosilica from wulung bamboo leaves. The research was conducted with a literature review method using a backward search and forward search strategy. The results showed that the Cr<sup>3+</sup>-amino acid was able to stabilize blood glucose levels in test animals induced by DM type 2. The presence of nanosilica in the preparation can regulate the release of active compounds in the body so that it can be developed into hypoglycemic supplements in tablet form.
