Copyright and License
Please find the rights and licenses in the Journal of Administration, Policy, and Public Development (JAKPP). By submitting an article/manuscript to this journal, the author(s) agree to this policy. No specific document sign-off is required.
1. License
The non-commercial use of the article is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC) as currently displayed on Creative Commons.
2. Author(s) Warranties
The author(s) warrant that the article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright vested exclusively in the author(s), and is free from any third-party rights. The author(s) have also obtained any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources.
3. User Rights
JAKPP aims to disseminate articles as freely as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, JAKPP permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work for non-commercial purposes only. Users must also attribute the author(s) and JAKPP when distributing works in the journal and other publication media.
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain all their rights to the published works, including but not limited to the following:
-
Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
-
The right to use the substance of the article in their own future works, including lectures and books,
-
The right to reproduce the article for personal purposes,
-
The right to self-archive the article,
-
The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (Journal of Administration, Policy, and Public Development).
5. Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, any author submitting the manuscript warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to agree to this copyright and license notice on their behalf and agree to inform their co-authors of the terms of this policy. JAKPP will not be held liable for any disputes that may arise among the authors. JAKPP will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. Royalties
As an open-access journal that disseminates articles for free under the mentioned Creative Commons license terms, the author(s) acknowledge that JAKPP does not provide royalties or other fees to the author(s).
