After the article’s draft is received and accepted for publication by the Editorial Team, its copyright will be then transferred to the Hasanuddin Journal of Strategic and International Studies (HJSIS). HJSIS retains the copyright regarding all the published articles and has the right to reproduce and distribute the article under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to read, download, copy, distribute, share, translate, and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as appropriate attribution is given to the original authors.
