Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dan Diklat Kabupaten Buru Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanatori yang dilakukan selama dua bulan yakni bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2016. Populasi sebanyak 135 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel teknik acak berstrata secara proporsional (stratified random sampling). Penentuan jumlah sampel didasarkan pada tabel sampel yang dikembangkan oleh Issac dan Michael, dimana apabila populasi sebanyak 135 orang, maka pada taraf kepercayaan 95 %, jumlah sampel sebesar 113 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dan Diklat Kabupaten Buru Selatan.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction through a commitment to the performance of employees at the Regional Personnel Board and Training of South Buru Regency. This explanatory study was conducted for two months ie March to May 2016. Population of 135 people. Technique of stratified random sampling technique sampling. Determination of the number of samples is based on the sample tables developed by Issac and Michael, where if the population of 135 people, then at 95% confidence level, the sample size of 113 people. Data analysis used is path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture variable, motivation and job satisfaction either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment have an effect on signifikan to performance variable of employee of Regional Personnel Board and Training of South Buru Regency.
