1. Journal Ownership

4. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions to accept or reject manuscripts are based on scientific quality, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, peer-review reports, and compliance with publication ethics.

The journal's editorial decisions must remain independent of inappropriate influence from institutional owners, publishers, sponsors, or other parties whose interests are unrelated to scientific merit and publication ethics.

Payment of publication fees, where applicable, does not guarantee manuscript acceptance. All manuscripts are subject to the journal's editorial assessment and applicable peer-review procedures.

JAKPP's operational and publication support is provided through the funding and institutional arrangements applicable to the journal.
