PENGUATAN KAPASITAS LITERASI KEUANGAN PRAKTIS BERKELANJUTAN BAGI CALON PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (TKI) LPK NAGOYA ASAL KOTA PAREPARE

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya literasi keuangan praktis dan perencanaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di kalangan calon Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) asal Kota Parepare, yang mayoritas akan bekerja di Jepang melalui skema Ginou Jisshusei dan Tokutei Ginou. Rendahnya literasi ini berimplikasi pada risiko gaya hidup konsumtif dan kurangnya aset setelah masa kerja berakhir. Program ini merupakan inisiasi dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Hasanuddin bekerja sama dengan LPK NAGOYA. Solusi yang diimplementasikan adalah pelatihan literasi keuangan praktis berkelanjutan yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid (tatap muka dan daring) dengan fokus pada penyusunan anggaran, strategi menabung, dan simulasi investasi sederhana. Program ini berhasil melibatkan 22 peserta (melampaui target ≤20) dan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor literasi keuangan yang signifikan sebesar +43,3% (dari 45.2% menjadi 88.5%) berdasarkan asesmen pre-test dan post-test. Keberlanjutan dijamin melalui penyerahan Modul Literasi Keuangan Kontekstual kepada LPK NAGOYA dan pembentukan grup pendampingan daring pasca-pelatihan.

ABSTRACT
This community service activity aims to address the low level of practical financial literacy and sustainable economic planning among prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) from Parepare City, who are predominantly placed in Japan under the Ginou Jisshusei and Tokutei Ginou schemes. This low literacy implies risks of a consumptive lifestyle and a lack of assets after the contract ends. This program was initiated by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Hasanuddin University in collaboration with LPK NAGOYA. The implemented solution was Sustainable Practical Financial Literacy Training, conducted in a hybrid format (in-person and online) focusing on budgeting, saving strategies, and simple investment simulations. The program successfully engaged 22 participants (exceeding the target of ≤20) and showed a significant average increase in financial literacy scores of +43.3% (from 45.2% to 88.5%), based on pre-test and post-test assessments. Sustainability is ensured through the provision of a Contextual Financial Literacy Module to LPK NAGOYA and the formation of an online mentoring group post-training.
