JURNAL LEGISLATIF
Jurnal Legislatif is a journal published by Lembaga Penalaran dan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University. Jurnal Legislatif is an open-access journal that aims to publish scholarly articles for legal academics and practitioners throughout Indonesia. Jurnal Legislatif focuses on studies related to legal issues, meaning it is not limited to a specific legal field.
Jurnal Legislatif publishes twice a year. Every published article undergoes a double-blind review process. Therefore, the decision to accept or reject a scholarly article rests with the Editorial Board based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.
Authors submitting manuscripts are requested to read and understand the guidelines and templates provided. Submitted manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines and templates will be rejected by the editorial team before further review. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet our specified requirements.
