Journal Aims

The goal of JPSTP is to advance the pharmaceutical field by publishing high-quality research that is both scientifically rigorous and practically relevant. JPSTP aims to:

  • Share significant breakthroughs across the breadth of the pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Highlight cutting-edge advancements in pharmaceutical technology.
  • Provide evidence-based insights that support and define the evolving role of the pharmacist within the modern healthcare multidisciplinary team.
  • Connect laboratory-based research with clinical, social, and economic outcomes to evaluate the real-world impact of pharmaceutical interventions.
  • Disseminate research that improves the safety, efficacy, and equitable delivery of medications to diverse populations worldwide.

 

Journal Scope

JPSTP accepts submissions across three main areas:

Pharmaceutical Sciences

  • Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Organic and medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology, and phytochemistry).
  • Pharmaceutics (Formulation science, physical pharmacy, pharmaceutical material science, and biopharmaceutics).
  • Biological Pharmacy (Pharmacology, toxicology, microbiology, pharmacognosy, and pharmacogenomics).

Pharmaceutical Technology

  • Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Research on active producing microbes, biosynthesis, biologics, biosimilars, and genetic therapies)
  • Process Technology (Methods for drug synthesis, the industrial processing of synthetic and natural products, pharmaceutical manufacturing and industry)
  • Drug Delivery Systems
