Membangun Kapabilitas Kinerja Keuangan Pertanian Padi Musiman di Tengah Perubahan Pasar: Studi Teori Berbasis Data tentang Manajemen Arus Kas Antarwaktu

Sektor pertanian memegang peranan strategis dalam menopang ketahanan pangan dan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Namun, sektor ini menghadapi tantangan serius dalam regenerasi tenaga kerja akibat rendahnya minat generasi muda untuk berpartisipasi. Penurunan keterlibatan pemuda berpotensi mengancam keberlanjutan produksi pangan serta stabilitas ekonomi wilayah perdesaan. Meskipun isu regenerasi petani telah banyak dibahas, kajian yang mengulas secara mendalam persepsi pemuda terhadap sektor pertanian pada tingkat lokal masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pemuda terhadap sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Karanganyar serta mengkaji peran pemangku kepentingan dalam mendukung regenerasi tenaga kerja pertanian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh pemuda yang berasal dari keluarga petani dan nonpetani. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi negatif, seperti anggapan bahwa sektor pertanian identik dengan pekerjaan berat, berisiko tinggi, dan kurang menjanjikan secara ekonomi, menjadi faktor utama rendahnya minat pemuda. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi pertanian modern, pendidikan berbasis agribisnis, serta dukungan kebijakan terbukti dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan generasi muda. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan yang berorientasi pada modernisasi pertanian, penguatan pendidikan berbasis teknologi, serta pembaruan citra sektor pertanian untuk mempercepat regenerasi petani muda.
