PONGGAWA : Journal of Fisheries Socio-Economic is a scientific journal published by the Fisheries Socio-Economic Study Program, Department of Fisheries, Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Sciences, Hasanuddin University. This journal contains research results related to the socio-economic field of fisheries and aims to disseminate scientific work, especially in the socio-economic field of fisheries. It is hoped that each article published will be able to contribute to the development of science and technology in the socio-economic field of fisheries. This journal contains scientific articles in the fields of Sociology and Institutions of Coastal and Small Island Communities, Fisheries Resource Economics, Economics and Management of Marine Tourism, Fisheries Extension and Communication, Fisheries and Marine Policy, Fisheries and Maritime Business and Industry Management, and Trading and Marketing Management of Fisheries and Marine Products.
