Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines Voice Journal

Artikel 

  • Panjang maksimal kata 5000 kata
  • Abstrak maksimal 300 kata dengan minimal 4 kata kunci 
  • Naskah dapat ditulis apat ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, diketik dengan 2 Spasi  (kecuali abstrak : 1 spasi) dengan ukuran huruf font Times New Roman dan ukuran font 11. Setiap naskah terdiri dari 10-12 halaman dengan ukuran halaman A4 (297X210 mm). 

Naskah Bahasa Indonesia disusun dengan urutan sebagai berikut : 

  1. Judul : Harus ringkas dan informatif, dan ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Judul tidak lebih dari 14 kata 
  2. Identitas penulis : Berisi nama lengkap penulis (hindari singkatan). Alamat penulis ditulis lengkap dan disertai nomor fax atau email. Lengkap dengan email korespondensi 
  3. Pendahuluan : memuat latar belakang yang memiliki makna dan tujuan penelitian, serta diakhiri dengan kegunaan dan/atau harapan hasil penelitian 
  4. Materi dan Metode : ditulis tanpa subjudul materi dan metode. Bahan dan peralatan dijelaskan nama dan negara pembuatnya, nama kimianya. Cara kajiannya ditulis secara singkat dan disertai cara analisis 
  5. Hasil dan Pembahasan : diuraikan secara rinci dan jelas, mengakhiri kesimpulan penelitian pada paragraph terakhir 
  6. Ucapan terima kasih : apabila diperlukan, yang dicantumkan adalah Lembaga/individu yang sangat membantu sehingga penelitian dapat terlaksana. Di akhir ucapan terima kasih, penulis hendaknya mencantumkan pernyataan tidak ada konflik kepentingan sebagai berikut : “Penulis menyatakan tidak ada konflik kepentingan dengan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam penelitian ini 
  7. Cara pengutipan dengan menuliskan nama penulis dan tahun. Penggunaan kata penghubung bagi 2 pengarang dengan kaya dan atau dan 3 pengarang atau lebih. Atau dkk. Tergantung pada Bahasa artikel yang digunakan 
  8. Daftar Pustaka : sesuai abjad tanpa nomor urut, nama jurnal sebaiknya disingkat sesuai aturan internasional yang berlaku. Jumlah referensi sastra harus 5-10 tahun terakhir. Perpustakaan referensi buku dibatasi hanya 20% dari total Daftar Pustaka.

 

The manuscripts (in English)  are arranged according to Voice Journal format in  following order:

  1. Title: Must be concise and informative, written in English. The title is no more than 14 words.
  2. Author's identity: Contains the author's full name (avoid abbreviations). The author's address is written complete and accompanied by a fax or email number. Complete with correspondence email.
  3. Introduction: Contains a background that contains the significance and purpose of the study, and ends with the usefulness and/or expectations of the research results
  4. Material and Method: Written without subtitle Material and Method subtitle. Material and equipment described the name and State manufacturer, chemical name. The way the study is written briefly and accompanied by way of analysis.
  5. Results and Discussion: Described in detail and clear, ending the conclusion of research in the last paragraph.
  6. Acknowledgments: If necessary, the ones listed are the institutions/individuals who are really helpful so that the research can take place. At the end of the thank-you note, the author should include a statement of no conflict of interest as follows: "The author states there is no conflict of interest with the parties concerned in this research".
  7. How to cite by writing the author's name and year. Use of connecting words for 2 authors with words and or and 3 or more authors. Or et al. depending on the language of the article used.
  8. Bibliography: According to the alphabet without the serial number, the name of the journal should be abbreviated in accordance with applicable international rules. The number of references recommended for journal articles is 30 references. Literature should last 5-10 years. The book reference library is limited to only 20% of the total bibliography.
