Wanua : Jurnal Hubungan Internasional is a journal in the field of International Relations managed by the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. Wanua : Jurnal Hubungan Internasional is published regularly twice a year in June and December. Wanua : Jurnal Hubungan Internasional with registered number ISSN 2443-1346 (Print), ISSN 2615-6857 (Online), is published in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Author Guidelines
Manuscript Writing Guideline for International Relations Department Journal Unhas
Manuscript must be the outcome of research of the critical thought of a writer in the field of social sciences, specifically in the academic field of International Relations
Manuscript has never been publicized in academic journals or any other form of scientific publications
Manuscript is written in proper Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Language) or English that fulfills scientific writing standards
Manuscript is typed in Ms Word with the following formats:
- A4 page layout and portrait
- Times New Roman font size 12 and double spaced
- Left margin is 3cm, and 2cm for the right, bottom, and top margins
- Number of words between 4.000 to 6.000
- Written in the APA (American Psychological Association) format that can be accessed in: http://www.apastyle.org
Manuscript must consist of:
- Title written in bold and capital letters (uppercase) and does not exceed 12 words
- Name of Author complete with titles, institution, and email address on the bottom of the name
- Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia and English language, each in one paragraph that does not exceed 200 words
- Introduction consisting of direct explanations on the primary issue that is written clearly
- Method and Results (for research outcome manuscripts) that is brief elaborated with clarity
- Discussion composing of the data and information analysis, or logical argumentations that are analytical or critical. For manuscripts based on ideas, such must be elaborated with clarity on the opinion or writing concepts in regards to an issue. For research outcome manuscripts, explanation must consist of information and data analysis that the outcomes attained/ found.
- Summary incorporating the reaffirmation of the idea or research outcome of the writer
- References consisting of the main references that the writer used in the writing of the manuscript.
