Abstract

MultinationalCorporation(MNC)isnotanewtopicinInternationalPolitical EconomyeitherinInternational Relationsstudy.Asithadbeenoperatingallovertheworldasmuchashavingappearedinmanypapersandresearch. However,thereisashiftingtrend,atleastsinceadecadeagoregardingtherise of  MNC from Emerging  Countries. Surprisingly,  the North  –Southrelationswhichhadbeenwellestablishfacedre-formulated tobecomeSouth- SouthevenSouth–Northrelations.Thefirmsfromdevelopingeconomies are comingintoglobalmarkets andchangingtheshapeoftradecompetition, investmentandregulation.BythepresenceofMNCfromemergingcountries theeconomicarchitectureasawholeandinternational tradeasapartofit fundamentallychanged.
