PROFIL PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANESTESI PASIEN SECTIO CAESAREA PADA INISIASI MENYUSUI DINI (IMD) DI SALAH SATU RUMAH SAKIT WILAYAH KOTA BEKASI

Keberhasilan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini pada Ibu dengan post sectio caesarea sangat rendah. Kebanyakan
referensi belum memberikan studi atau informasi yang akan mengizinkan praktisi kesehatan menyatakan
bahwa obat yang digunakan selama operasi aman untuk dilakukannya Inisiasi Menyusui Dini. Salah satu RS di
wilayah Kota Bekasi belum melaksanakan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini pada Ibu dengan post sectio caesarea . Tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat anestesi sectio caesarea pada Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD)
di salah satu RS wilayah Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain
penelitian deskriptif. Data diambil dari rekam medik dan data pemakaian obat di farmasi. Hasil dari penelitian
ini adalah penggunaan anestesi spinal sebanyak 179 pasien (99,44%) dan saat anestesi spinal gagal dilakukan,
anestesi umum selanjutnya dilakukan pada 1 pasien (0,56%). Pasien yang menggunakan kombinasi obat
anastesi dengan kategori resiko laktasi L2 adalah 170 pasien (94,44%), sedangkan pasien yang menggunakan
kombinasi yang terdapat obat anastesi dengan kategori resiko laktasi L3 (oxynorm) adalah 10 pasien (5,56%).
