Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript submission

When submitting a manuscript, the author(s) implicitly declare that the work has not been published previously, is not under review by any other publication, and has been approved for publication by all co-authors and relevant authorities at the institution where the research was conducted. The publisher will not be held legally responsible for any claims for compensation.

Permission

Author(s) must obtain permission from copyright owners for figures, tables, or text passages that have been previously published elsewhere and provide evidence of such permission for both print and online formats when submitting their papers. If the material is received without such evidence, it will be considered as originating from the authors.

Source files

Please ensure you provide all relevant editable source files at every submission and revision. Failing to submit a complete set of editable source files will result in your article not being considered for review. For your manuscript, please always submit in Microsoft Word format.

 

Text Formatting

  • Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 11-font Arial) for text.
  • Article is written in various scientific/academic in English.
  • The word limit for the submission is 5000 words including title page and abstract.
  • Use justified format for the main text
  • Use italics for emphasis.
  • Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages.
  • Do not use field functions.
  • Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.
  • Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.
  • Please use no more than three levels of displayed headings.
  • Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
