Hasanuddin Journal of Constitutional Law

 

Hasanuddin Journal of Constitutional Law is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Department of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Hasanuddin, Indonesia. The journal provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate rigorous and original research in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, and related areas of public law.

The journal is committed to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship on constitutional governance, public institutions, administrative justice, human rights, democratic governance, and contemporary developments in public law at both national and international levels. It welcomes theoretical, doctrinal, comparative, empirical, and interdisciplinary studies that contribute to the development of constitutional and administrative law scholarship and offer meaningful insights into emerging legal and governance challenges.

Hasanuddin Journal of Constitutional Law is published biannually, in June and December, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, scholarly rigor, and ethical publication practices.
