Hasanuddin Justice and Society (HJS) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an national and international academic platform in multi-diciplinary of Law, Society, and Development studies as Progressive Law. Journal scope is Sociology of Law, Sociological Jurisprudence, Psychology of Law, Forensic and Law, Law and Economics, Anthropology of Law, Law and Politics, Law and Society, Law and Development, Human Rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Legal Pluralism, Public Policy, Public Administration, and another section related to contemporary issues in legal scholarship. The article based of legal research doing with an empirical research or normative-empiric research.

The articles published in HJS are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board's right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.
