Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perilaku makan pada dewasa muda dipengaruhi oleh faktor fisiologis dan psikologis yang berinteraksi dalam menentukan kualitas diet. Penelitian mengenai integrasi aspek psikologi makan seperti mindful eating, emotional eating, dan refleksi makan dengan food journal masih terbatas pada populasi mahasiswa, khususnya di Indonesia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola perilaku makan berbasis food journal yang mencakup alasan makan, refleksi makan, intensitas emosi, dan waktu makan pada mahasiswa gizi. Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 29 mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Megarezky. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan food journal 7 hari yang mencatat episode makan, alasan makan, refleksi makan, jenis makanan, waktu makan, dan intensitas emosi. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Sebanyak 29 mahasiswa (89,7% perempuan; rerata usia  20) tahun berpartisipasi dengan mayoritas memiliki status gizi normal (82,8%). Frekuensi makan didominasi kategori sedang (51,7%), diikuti tinggi 27,6%) dan rendah (20,7%). Episode makan paling banyak terjadi pada periode larut malam (32,6%, diikuti siang hari (24,0%), sedangkan sore hari menunjukkan proporsi terendah (8,4%). Sebagian besar responden menunjukkan intensitas emosi pada tingkat sedang (58,6%), meskipun proporsi emosi tinggi tetap signifikan (37,9%). Pola konsumsi menunjukkan dominasi makanan sehat (65,2%), namun konsumsi makanan berisiko juga signifikan (34,8%). Mayoritas responden menunjukkan refleksi makan yang positif (69,0%), sementara proporsi refleksi negatif relatif kecil (6,9%).  Kesimpulan: Perilaku makan mahasiswa gizi dipengaruhi oleh interaksi faktor fisiologis, emosional, dan regulasi diri. Temuan ini mendukung pentingnya pendekatan psikologi gizi dalam intervensi perilaku makan pada mahasiswa.
