Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts according to the latest HJPH manuscript template. The template should be used as a reference to maintain consistency in font type and size, spacing, indentation, margins, and other formatting requirements. Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word, written on A4 paper with a single-column format, 2.5 cm margins on all sides, Times New Roman font size 11, and 1.5 line spacing. The manuscript should consist of 8–15 pages, and the first line of each paragraph should be indented by five characters. Authors should follow the latest Indonesian spelling conventions (EYD), use two decimal places for decimal numbers, and avoid beginning sentences with prepositions or conjunctions.

Title
The manuscript title should be provided in Indonesian and English and should contain a maximum of 12 words. The Indonesian title is written in capital letters, while the English title uses capital letters at the beginning of each word, except for conjunctions. The title is written in Times New Roman, size 12, and justified.

Author and Affiliation
Authors' names should be written without academic degrees, followed by their respective institutional affiliations. The corresponding author should be clearly identified, including their email address and/or telephone number.

Abstract
The abstract should contain a maximum of 250 words and should be presented in both Indonesian and English in one paragraph. The abstract should use Times New Roman, size 11, with single spacing. It should include: Background (1–2 sentences), Purpose (1 sentence), Methods (3–5 sentences), Results (3–5 sentences), and Conclusion (1–2 sentences). The English abstract should be written in italic format.

Keywords
Keywords should accurately reflect the concepts discussed in the article and should be provided in both Indonesian and English. Authors should provide 3–5 keywords to improve the accessibility and discoverability of the article.

Introduction
The Introduction should describe the urgency and background of the research using an inverted-pyramid approach, beginning from the global, national, and local context. Relevant references should be cited using Vancouver superscript style, with reference numbers placed after the period. The Introduction should be approximately 1–1.5 pages, written in Times New Roman size 11 with 1.5 spacing. Each paragraph should begin with a five-character indentation. The final part of the Introduction must clearly state the research objective.

Methods
The Methods section should describe the type of research, study location and period, population and sample, sampling technique, data collection procedures, data analysis, and data presentation. Studies involving equipment and materials should provide their specifications. Qualitative studies, including case studies, phenomenology, and ethnography, should describe procedures for ensuring the validity of the research findings. The Methods section should be written in Times New Roman size 11 with 1.5 spacing, with a five-character first-line indentation. Subheadings should not be used within this section, and the Methods should be presented in 1–2 paragraphs.

Results
The Results section should present authentic and valid findings that are consistent with the research objectives and methods. It may include the characteristics of the study subjects, univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis, where applicable. Each table and figure must be introduced and interpreted in the narrative before it is presented. A maximum of five tables and/or figures is permitted.

Tables, Figures, and Diagrams
Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively according to their order of appearance in the manuscript. Table titles are placed above the tables, while figure and diagram titles are placed below the respective figures. Tables should use only horizontal lines without vertical lines. Tables and figures should not be presented before their corresponding narrative. Tables, diagrams, and figures should generally use Times New Roman size 11, while captions and sources use size 10. Figures should have adequate resolution and should not have borders.

Discussion
The Discussion should interpret the research findings by relating them to relevant theories, literature, and previous studies. It should not simply repeat the Results section. Approximately 70% of the references should be journal articles published within the last five years, while the remaining references may include books, regulations, and other relevant sources within the applicable period. The discussion should prioritize internationally relevant sources and avoid relying on sources from the authors' own institutional environment when broader sources are available. The Results and Discussion together should comprise approximately 55% of the total manuscript length.

Conclusion and Suggestions
The Conclusion and Suggestions should summarize the research findings and discussion in relation to the research objectives. Suggestions should be based on the findings and may address practical actions, theoretical development, and/or future research. This section should be written in Times New Roman size 11 with 1.5 spacing, with a five-character first-line indentation, without bullets or numbering, and presented in one paragraph.

Author Contribution
Authors should provide a statement describing the contribution of each author to the research and preparation of the manuscript. The statement should identify the specific contributions of each author, followed by confirmation that all authors have read and approved the final manuscript.

Conflict of Interest
Authors must declare whether any conflict of interest exists that could influence the research, interpretation of findings, or publication of the article. If no conflict exists, authors may state that they have no conflict of interest.

AI Use Statement
Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the research and manuscript preparation process. The statement should include the name, version, and developer of the AI tool; its purpose of use and the relevant part of the manuscript; and confirmation that the authors reviewed the generated output and remain fully responsible for the manuscript content. If no generative AI tool was used, authors should state this explicitly.

Funding Statement
Authors must disclose the source of research funding, including the funding institution and, where applicable, the grant number or funding scheme. If the research received no specific funding, authors should state that the research was conducted without specific financial support from government, private, or other organizations.

Data Availability Statement
Authors should provide a statement describing the availability of the research data and how readers or other researchers can access the data. If the data cannot be shared because of ethical considerations or participant consent, this limitation must be clearly stated. Authors may use an appropriate data availability statement according to the circumstances of their research.

References
References must follow the Vancouver superscript style and be numbered consecutively according to their order of appearance in the manuscript, rather than alphabetically. Only references cited in the manuscript and relevant to the research should be included. The manuscript should contain a minimum of 15 references, with at least 70% consisting of journal articles published within the last five years. The remaining 30% may include books, theses, dissertations, reports, and regulations, provided that they remain relevant. Authors are encouraged to use standard reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero to maintain consistency in citation and reference formatting.
