Analisis Kemometrik Senyawa Inhibitor Tirosinase Menggunakan Spektrofotometer IR (FTIR)
Abstract
Tujuan dari percobaan adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kesamaan serta karakteristik yang khas dari senyawa inhibitor tirosinase seperti arbutin, asam kojik dari beberapa ekstrak seperti ekstrak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) temu lawak, ekstrak (Curcuma zedoaria) kunyit putih, ekstrak (Lavandula afficianalis) lavender, ekstrak (Ocimum basilicum) selasih, ekstrak (Piper cubeba) kemukus, ekstrak (Piper retrofractum) cabai jawa dan ekstrak (Zingiber zerumbet) lempuyang yang dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometer infra merah (FTIR) dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan analisis dengan menggunakan metode kemometrik yang terdiri dari PCA (Principal Component Analysis) dan CA (Cluster Analysis). Dari hasil penelitian, analisis PCA yang dicapai komponen utama dengan eigenvalue sekitar 99,8 % dari total varian, hasil analisis kemometrik PCA didapatkan senyawa inhibitor tirosinase berupa senyawa asam kojik, ekstrak (Zingiber zerumbet) lempuyang, ekstrak (Ocimum basilicum) selasih dan ekstrak (Lavandula afficianalis) lavender berada dalam satu kuadran. Untuk analisis CA menunjukkan asam kojik ada kemiripan karakteristik dengan (Zingiber zerumbet) lempuyang tingkat kesamaan adalah 75,85; jarak Euclidean 0,202.Downloads
