TINGKAT KEPUASAN PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK WILAYAH KOTA SEMARANG SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Pandemi COVID 19 memberikan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian, yang menyebabkan perlunya meminimalkan durasi dan jarak pertemuan pasien di apotek.Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah perubahan prosedur pelayanan dan penerapan langkah kebersihan tambahan. Penelitian tingkat kepuasan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Wilayah Kota Semarang selama pandemi COVID-19 diharapkan dapat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien/ penerima layanan jasa di apotek wilayah Kota Semarang. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 470 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel snowball sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kueisioner yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan gedung dan staff, kepuasan penanganan obat, kepuasan konseling dan penyerahan obat serta kepuasan biaya layanan melalui google form secara online. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan UjiKruskall Wallis dengan p-value < 0,05.Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan p-value antara lain Semarang Tengah-Semarang Timur (0,000), Semarang Tengah-Semarang Utara (0,046), Semarang Timur-Semarang Barat (0,000) Semarang Timur-Semarang Selatan (0,005). Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Wilayah Kota Semarang selama pandemi COVID-19.
