PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN PASIEN HIPERTENSI

Kepatuhan yang buruk terhadap pengobatan antihipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama dari tekanan darah yang tidak terkontrol. Pemanfaatan teknologi dapat memungkinkan farmasis untuk melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian secara lebih efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi. Hasil penelusuran dari database pubmed dengan kata kunci (Pharmacist) AND (Adherence OR compliance) AND (Hypertension OR "blood pressure") AND (Technology) didapatkan 8 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi untuk direview. Dalam studi ini, penggunaan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dengan menggunakan Botol Pil Berbicara, Pengingat Layanan Pesan Singkat (SMS), Video Online Berkode QR, Sistem Respons Suara Interaktif, Teknologi Informasi Multidisiplin, Klinik Perawatan Kolaboratif Virtual, Telehealth dalam Layanan Manajemen Perawatan Kronis, dan Teknologi yang Mendukung Rencana Kesehatan dan Apotek Komunitas. Teknologi dapat diterapkan dalam pelayanan kefarmasian secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi. Penerapan teknologi dalam pelayanan kefarmasian yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan karena kelupaan dapat menggunakan Pengingat SMS, sedangkan untuk pasien dengan literasi kesehatan rendah dapat menggunakan Botol Pil Berbicara atau Video Online berkode QR. Penerapan teknologi memungkinkan farmasis untuk memantau kepatuhan pengobatan dan tekanan darah di rumah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Sistem Respon Suara Aktif dan memungkinkan berkolaborasi dengan tenaga profesional kesehatan lainnya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi Multidisiplin, Klinik Perawatan Kolaboratif Virtual atau pun Telehealth. Penerapan teknologi juga memungkinkan untuk diterapkan secara luas yang melibatkan apotek komunitas dan rencana kesehatan daerah dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi dengan cara berbagi data menggunakan Teknologi yang Mendukung Rencana Kesehatan dan Apotek Komunitas.References
