Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submitted manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it under review in another journal.
  • The manuscript file should be in *.doc, *.docx, or *.rtf format.
  • The manuscript must be typed double-spaced in a single column using Arial Narrow font, and all figures, and tables should be placed within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
  • The manuscript must adhere to the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines (Author Guidelines), which can be found in the About menu.

Author Guidelines

Formatting Requirements

The submitted manuscript must be typed on A4 paper using Arial Narrow font and saved in *.doc, *.docx, or *.rtf file format. Please follow the journal Template.

Structure

Articles should include the following sections:

  1. Title: Provide the title in both Indonesian and English;
  2. Author Information: Include the full names and the affiliation of all authors;
  3. Abstract: Provide in both English and Indonesian. The abstract should be a maximum of 200 words, including objectives, procedures, results, conclusions, and keywords (3-5 word/phrase);
  4. Introduction:
  5. Methods;
  6. Results and Discussion;
  7. Conclusion;
  8. Acknowledgments (optional);
  9. Author's Declaration;
  10. References: Follow the APA style for citations and references.

Equations and Formulas

  • Mathematical equations and chemical formulas must be typed using available symbols and letters.
  • Ensure that uppercase, lowercase, and Greek letters are easily visible and recognizable to avoid misinterpretation.
  • Number equations sequentially using Arabic numerals in parentheses placed flush right [e.g., Equation (1)].

Figures and Tables

  • Place all figures, and tables within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
  • Number tables and figures sequentially using Arabic numerals.
  • Ensure photos are clear with a resolution that allows small objects to be seen clearly.

Author's Declaration

All authors must include a declaration section in their manuscript to ensure transparency and adherence to ethical standards. The declaration should cover the following points:

  • Conflict of Interest: Declare any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or interpretation of results. If there are no conflicts, include a statement such as "The authors declare no conflicts of interest."
  • Ethical Approval: If the research involves human or animal subjects, state that ethical approval was obtained from the relevant institutional review board or ethics committee. Include the approval number and date.
  • Data Availability: Indicate whether the data supporting the findings of the study are available and where they can be accessed. If data are not publicly available, explain the reason.

References

  • Cite all references within the text using the author's name and publication year following APA style.
  • Arrange the reference list alphabetically by the author's last name, also following APA style.

Single Author Book:

Two Authors Book:
