Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masa dewasa muda merupakan fase transisi gaya hidup yang berisiko memengaruhi status kesehatan biokimia. Mahasiswa sering kali memiliki pola makan tidak teratur yang berdampak pada parameter darah seperti hemoglobin, glukosa, dan asam urat. Tujuan: Memberikan gambaran profil parameter biokimia darah (hemoglobin, glukosa darah sewaktu, dan asam urat) pada mahasiswa usia dewasa muda. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif ini melibatkan 59 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan darah tepi untuk mengukur kadar Hemoglobin (Hb), Glukosa Darah Sewaktu (GDS), dan asam urat. Data dianalisis secara univariat untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi dan rerata. Hasil: Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (94,9%). Rerata kadar hemoglobin adalah 11,72 ± 2,08 g/dL dengan prevalensi anemia mencapai 50,8%. Rerata kadar GDS sebesar 90,47 ± 16,48 mg/dL dengan 93,2% responden dalam kategori normal. Rerata kadar asam urat adalah 4,32 ± 1,26 mg/dL dengan 6,8% responden memiliki kadar asam urat tinggi (hiperurisemia). Sub-analisis menunjukkan prevalensi anemia yang persisten pada kelompok usia ≤ 20 tahun (47,2%) maupun ≥ 20 tahun (52,4%). Kesimpulan: Lebih dari separuh mahasiswa mengalami anemia, meskipun profil glukosa dan asam urat sebagian besar masih dalam batas normal. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya intervensi gizi spesifik, terutama untuk mengatasi defisiensi zat besi pada mahasiswa.
