The editorial board at Tamalanrea: Journal of Government and Development (JGD) is pleased to announce that Professor Naglaa Fathy El Dessouky, Associate Professor Yanu Endar Prasetyo, and Muhammad Younus are joining the JGD as Associate Editors.

Prof. Dr. Naglaa Fathy El Dessouky is currently a faculty member in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Bahrain (Sakheer Campus, Bahrain), a position she has held since 2014. She also serves as a Full Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Sadat Academy for Management Sciences (Cairo, Egypt), where she has been since 1999. Her expertise lies in Policy Analysis and Management, supported by her Ph.D. in Public Administration, specializing in Public Policy Management and Analysis, awarded in 2006. Her research significantly contributes to sustainability issues, including her recent works: a book chapter titled "Eco-Feminist Perspectives Influencing Virtual Organizations for Environmental Sustainable Development Policy" (2024) and a journal article, "Post COVID-19: The effect of virtual workplace practices on social sustainable development policy" (2023).
Associate Professor Yanu Endar Prasetyo is a researcher at the Research Center for Population, National Research and Innovation Agency (Jakarta, Indonesia) and a member of INFID research fellows. INFID (International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development) is a civil society organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development. He holds a Ph.D. in Rural Sociology from the University of Missouri (Columbia, USA), completed in 2021. His research interests span Rural Sociology, Sustainable Development, Basic Income, and Poverty. One of his recent notable works includes the article "Unlocking the interaction of social restriction and social protection in Indonesia’s COVID-19 policy: future risk and adaptation", published in the Journal of Integrative Environmental Sciences (2023).
Muhammad Younus is a Business Analyst in the Department of Product Research and Software Development at TPL Logistics based in Karachi, Pakistan, a position he has held since 2019. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Government Affairs and Administration at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia. His research focuses on Digital Government, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation. Notable recent works include the book chapter "Measuring the Impact of Digital Government Service: A Scientometric Analysis for 2023" (2024) and the journal article "Running Digital Political Marketing Movement for Election 2024: A Case Study of Pakistan", published in the Journal of Political Marketing (2024).
