Tamalanrea: Journal of Government and Development (JGD) is an open-access journal, which means that all contents are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the articles' full texts in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the Author.

Authors who publish in this journal agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Copyright remains with the Author, but JGD is licensed to publish the paper, and the Author agrees to make the article available with the CC-BY 4.0 license. Reproduction as another journal article in whole or in part would be plagiarism. JGD reserves all rights except those granted in this copyright and license.
