Abstract

Bullying is one of the behavioral problems among adolescents. Oftentimes, the bullies do not realize that their action is categorized as bullying and it leads to several negative impacts for the victims. Unfortunately, there are significant changes in interaction nowadays and face-to-face interaction is converted into online interaction. This online interaction limits the capability to interpret other’s reactions, and it causes more issues. Cyberbullying has been found recently among adolescents. A “Say No to Cyberbullying” program is a psychoeducational program that aims to build awareness of cyberbullying. This program includes prior assessment, psychoeducation, and evaluation. The instrument Revised Cyberbullying Inventory-II (RCBI-II) is used to evaluate the tendency of someone’s involvement in cyberbullying. The evaluation shows a positive impact from this program. Half of the participants reported a significant decrease in cyberbullying after completing the program. The number of participants who are not involved in cyberbullying also increased. These results show that the program leads to a positive result, in which participants tend to have less involvement in cyberbullying. Rangkaian program psikoedukasi bertema “Say No to Cyberbullying” dirancang untuk memberi-kan pemahaman dasar mengenai cyberbullying.
