Abstract
Latar Belakang: Komunitas global telah berkomitmen mengeliminasi Pencegahan Penularan Ibu ke Anak (PPIA) HIV, sifilis, virus hepatitis B sebagai prioritas kesehatan masyarakat. Risiko penularan ibu ke anak untuk HIV yaitu 20-45%, sifilis yaitu 69-80% dan hepatitis B >90%. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program triple elimination di Kota Makassar. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi ekologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar pada Desember 2024-Februari 2025. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi kontigensi melalui software SPSS dan analisis overlay melalui software QGIS. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi K1 (kunjungan antenatal 1) terhadap kasus HIV pada anak (p=0,417), tes HBsAg pada anak (p= 0,542), dan kasus sifilis kongenital (p=0,417); tidak terdapat hubungan persalinan yang ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan dengan kasus HIV pada anak (p=0,384), tes HBsAg pada anak (p=0,211), dan kasus sifilis kongenital (p=0,519); tidak terdapat korelasi pada persentase ibu hamil HIV yang mengikuti terapi antiretroviral terhadap kasus HIV pada anak (p=0,168); terdapat korelasi pada persentase ibu hamil sifilis yang mengikuti pengobatan dengan kasus sifilis kongenital (p=0,016;r=0,607); serta tidak terdapat korelasi pada cakupan vaksin hepatitis B dosis 3 terhadap prevalensi tes HBsAg pada anak (p=0,953). Kesimpulan: Implementasi PPIA di Kota Makassar belum dilaksanakan secara merata. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan perlu meningkatkan dan memberlakukan program triple elimination secara merata di seluruh wilayah agar memudahkan keluarga mengakses pelayanan kesehatan.
