Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keberhasilan pengobatan tuberkulosis (TB) sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat secara teratur. Secara nasional, proporsi penderita TB paru yang tidak rutin minum obat mencapai 62,5%. Ketidakpatuhan tersebut dapat menyebabkan kegagalan pengobatan dan meningkatkan risiko penularan pada orang lain. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan motivasi, dukungan keluarga, dan perceived stigma dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB paru di Puskesmas Tamalate Kota Makassar. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 128 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tamalate pada bulan Februari hingga April 2025. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi square, stratifikasi menggunakan uji mantel-maenszel, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa motivasi (p=0,00), dukungan keluarga (p=0,002), dan perceived stigma (p=0,00) berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat. Namun, analisis multivariat menunjukkan hanya motivasi, perceived stigma, dan efek samping obat yang berhubungan signifikan, sedangkan dukungan keluarga tidak berhubungan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel independen. Efek samping obat merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan (OR=12,30). Kesimpulan: Motivasi dan perceived stigma memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB paru. Tenaga kesehatan perlu memperkuat edukasi dan dukungan psikososial bagi pasien serta meningkatkan manajemen efek samping obat untuk mendorong kepatuhan pengobatan.
