Ownwership and Management Information

1. Journal Ownership
Jurnal Matematika, Statistika,dan Komputasi(JMSK) is owned by  Department of Mathematics, Faculty of mathematics and Sciences, Hasanuddin University,in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The owner is responsible for providing institutional support and ensuring the journal’s continued operation.
2. Publisher and Editorial Office
JMSK is published and managed by Department of Mathematics, Faculty of mathematics and Sciences, Hasanuddin University,in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The editorial office is responsible for publication administration, maintenance of the journal system, services to authors and reviewers, archiving, and coordination of the publication schedule.
3. Editorial Structure
Editorial management involves:
• Editor-in-Chief: leads editorial policy and is responsible for publication decisions.
• Editor or Section Editor: manages manuscript review, assigns reviewers, and evaluates review results.
• Editorial Board: provides input on the journal’s development and supports scientific quality within their areas of expertise.
4. Editorial Independence
Decisions to accept or reject manuscripts are based on scientific quality, alignment with the journal’s scope, review results, and adherence to publication ethics.
Owners, publishers, sponsors, and commercial entities must not influence decisions regarding specific manuscripts for reasons unrelated to scientific and ethical considerations.
5. Funding and Transparency
The journal’s operations are financial supported by Hasanuddin University.
6. Management Accountability
Issues related to article content and editorial decisions are handled by the authorized editor. In the event of a conflict of interest, the review is referred to an independent party.
7. Changes in Ownership or Management
Changes in ownership, publisher, or managing entity are announced on the journal’s website, including the effective date and updated contact information. A change in management must ensure the continuity of access to articles, archives, and metadata, as well as the handling of manuscripts currently in process.
