Advertising Policy

Advertising Policy

  • All advertisements and sponsored publications featured in the Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research operate independently from the editorial decision-making process. Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research does not promote or endorse any products or services that are advertised or supported by sponsors within its publications. The editorial integrity remains entirely separate and unaffected by any financial or commercial interests or agreements with sponsors and advertisers.
  • The Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research retains the authority to reject any form of advertisement that may negatively impact the journal’s reputation or that is considered unsuitable for its platform or published content.
  • Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research will not accept advertisements promoting products or services that could pose risks to human or animal health.
  • Advertisements must be truthful, not misleading, and should be able to be verified. Each advertisement must clearly disclose the name of the advertiser as well as the product or service being promoted. Overly exaggerated, sensational, or embellished language will not be permitted. Furthermore, advertisements that contain inappropriate, indecent, or offensive material—whether in wording or visual content—or that touch on sensitive personal, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, or religious topics will not be allowed.
  • Once an advertisement is published online, the Editors or Publisher reserve the right to request its removal at any time and without prior notice.
  • All advertisements must be distinctly separate from editorial content. For instance, Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research does not allow the publication of content in the form of “advertorials.” Sponsored supplements must be clearly marked, especially when they have not undergone the journal’s standard peer review process or have been subject to a different review process—this must be clearly stated.
  • Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by existing or potential advertisers or sponsors. Marketing considerations have no bearing on editorial judgment, and sponsors or advertisers are not given any influence over keyword searches or topic-based results on the journal's website.
  • If an advertisement placement is requested in a non-standard position within the Journal of the Indonesian Veterinary Research platform, the editorial office must be contacted. A complete and final decision regarding the request will be communicated within three (3) business days.
  • Information regarding how to submit complaints related to advertisements will be made available on the journal’s advertising information page.
