Abstract
Latar Belakang: Salah satu intangible asset yang dimiliki oleh seluruh organisasi adalah pengetahuan. Rumah sakit adalah organisasi yang padat akan pengetahuan dan dituntut senantiasa mengelola pengetahuan dengan baik demi meningkatkan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan employee engagement, dan menciptakan inovasi. Tujuan: Melihat gambaran pengelolaan pengetahuan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin Tahun 2023. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RS Universitas Hasanuddin pada bulan September-November 2023. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 197 karyawan. Sampel sebanyak 130 orang yang diambil dengan dengan teknik proportional sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Applied Knowledge Management Instrument (AKMI) yang digunakan khusus untuk melihat gambaran pengelolaan pengetahuan di rumah sakit kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS secara univariat. Hasil: Implementasi pengelolaan pengetahuan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin pada dimensi persepsi, motivasi internal, motivasi eksternal, penciptaan, berbagi, kerja sama, kepemimpinan, budaya, dan hambatan semua dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Dimensi motivasi eksternal merupakan dimensi yang paling rendah nilainya. Sementara dimensi kerja sama merupakan dimensi yang paling tinggi nilainya. Kesimpulan: Implementasi pengelolaan pengetahuan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin pada 9 dimensi dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Rumah sakit perlu memotivasi karyawan dalam praktik berbagi pengetahuan serta memberikan peluang promosi dan penghargaan bagi karyawan yang telah menjalankan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan.
