Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief oversees the journal’s scholarly direction, editorial standards, and implementation of publication policies. Responsibilities include supervising editorial decisions and ensuring appropriate handling of ethical concerns, corrections, and appeals.

Editorial Board

  • Maintaining submission and editorial correspondence records.

  • Coordinating copyediting, layout, author proofs, and publication scheduling, as applicable.

4. Editorial Independence

Manuscript decisions are based on relevance to the journal’s scope, scholarly quality, originality, supporting evidence, and compliance with publication ethics requirements.

Institutional affiliation, financial contributions, publication fees, or personal relationships must not determine acceptance or rejection. The publisher and affiliated institutions must respect the independence of individual editorial decisions.

Editors must disclose relevant competing interests and recuse themselves when impartiality could be compromised. Submissions by the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board members, or other editorial team members must be handled independently in accordance with the journal’s Conflict of Interest and Peer Review Process policies.

Publication of an article does not imply institutional endorsement of all views expressed by its authors. Authors remain responsible for their arguments, evidence, and conclusions.

5. Accountability and Contact

Questions concerning journal management, publishing arrangements, or editorial procedures may be directed to the editorial office through the journal’s Contact page.

Concerns about an editor will be referred to an independent editor or another appropriate handler. Matters involving the Editor-in-Chief will be referred to the publishing unit or an appropriate institutional representative for independent consideration.

Changes to institutional responsibility, publishing arrangements, or editorial leadership will be reflected in the relevant journal information pages. Editorial appointments and transitions should preserve the confidentiality of records and continuity of manuscript processing.
