KEMITRAAN PEMERINTAH DENGAN MUSLIMAT NU (NGO) DALAM PENGENDALIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit kedaruratan global yang dicanangkan oleh WHO. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk kemitraan pemerintah dengan NGO dalam pengendalian tuberkulosis paru di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Penentuan informan dengan criterian base selection sebanyak 17 Informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data menelaah seluruh data, reduksi, kemudian pemahaman, melakukan pemeriksaan keabsahan data, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa prinsip equity yaitu penemuan kasus dan peningkatan kesembuhan pasien TB, transparancy yaitu jumlah reward untuk kader dan keterbukaan melaporkan jumlah temuan kasus dan mutual be- nefit (keuntungan) untuk sektor pemerintah adalah meningkatnya deteksi kasus penemuan suspek SSR Muslimat NU, dan keuntungan NGO adanya keterlibatan organiasi masyarakat akan lebih dikenal masyarakat. Kemitraan sinergitas bentuk koordinasi, yakni adanya rapat koordinasi setiap triwulan. Bentuk keseluruhan yaitu setiap tiga bulan juga diadakan monitoring dan evaluasi. Bentuk keberlanjutan yaitu pemerintah tetap memberikan dukungan untuk penatalaksanaan pengobatan dan Muslimat NU tetap melanjutkan program pengendalian TB dengan fokus pada pencarian mitra atau donor serta pembentukan kelompok masyarakat peduli TB. Untuk mengurangi risiko kejadian TB di masyarakat dilakukan penyuluhan disertakan testimoni dari pasien yang sudah sembuh. Disimpulkan bahwa koordinasi, keseluruhan, keberlanjutan membantu dalam upaya penemuan kasus TB serta mengurangi penularannya di masyarakat.
