Journal of Integrated Economic and Community Partnerships (JIECoP) applies a transparent publication fee only to manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication.

For payments made in Indonesia, the official payable amount is IDR 500,000. The USD amount is provided as an approximate international reference.

What the Fee Supports

The Article Processing Charge contributes to the operational costs of scholarly publishing, including:

  • Editorial administration and manuscript management;
  • Peer-review coordination;
  • Copyediting and article layout preparation;
  • Website operation and digital publication;
  • Article metadata preparation and dissemination; and
  • Long-term maintenance of published journal content.

Payment Policy

  • Authors are not required to make any payment when submitting a manuscript.
  • The publication fee becomes payable only after an official acceptance decision has been issued.
  • Payment does not guarantee acceptance and does not influence editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes.
  • Payment instructions will be provided directly by the JIECoP Editorial Office through an official journal communication channel.
  • Authors should not transfer funds in response to unofficial messages or requests received before formal acceptance.

Currency Information

The official fee for payments made in Indonesia is IDR 500,000. The amount of USD 28 is provided as an approximate equivalent for international authors. Currency conversion and bank transaction charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the author.

Fee Waiver

Authors who do not have institutional or project funding may submit a reasoned request for a full or partial fee waiver. Waiver requests must be submitted to the Editorial Office before payment is made. Each request will be considered individually and will not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision.
