INTERVENSI PENYULUHAN STANDAR PUSKESMAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU SEHAT PADA IBU HAMIL
Abstract
Komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan menjadi penyebab utama kematian ibu di negara-negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penyuluhan standar puskesmas terhadap peningkatan kehamilan sehat dan persalinan aman di Kabupaten Gowa tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu) dengan rancangan randomized pre-test post-test one group matched design. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 responden, yaitu ibu dengan usia kehamilan tiga bulan yang terdaftar didaftar kunjungan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Somba Opu dan Puskesmas Pallangga. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t berpasangan (paired t-test), dan uji t tidak berpasangan (independent samples t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan standar puskesmas terhadap perilaku ibu terhadap peningkatan kehamilan sehat dan persalinan aman di Kabupaten Gowa, yaitu pengetahuan (p=0,607), sikap ibu (p=0,437), dan praktik (p=0,005) dalam praktik kehamilan sehat dan prsalinan aman. Hal ini berarti bahwa penyuluhan standar puskesmas dapat meningkatkan praktik ibu terhadap peningkatan kehamilan sehat dan persalinan aman di Kabupaten Gowa tahun 2015.
